How buying works
Request access. Once you're approved, download the installer and your license from the customer portal. Licenses are certificates, renewed each year, with a 30-day grace period after expiry. Trial licenses run 45 days.
When can I buy Patchblox?
Private Hosted is our first release, arriving in Q1 2027. Patchblox Cloud follows, and we'll announce a date once Private Hosted is in customers' hands. Both are priced today, and you can reserve Private Hosted capacity now.
Can Patchblox Cloud manage devices on my network?
Yes. Agents connect outbound to their gateway, so devices can be on-premises, in Azure or AWS, or remote, with no inbound firewall rules or VPN.
What does Private Hosted need?
In this release, Patchblox server roles run on Windows Server 2019 or later, Windows 10 (with ESU) or Windows 11, with at least 16 GB of memory and 24 GB or more recommended. Supported platforms has the details.
